Shipping Areas
We currently only ship within mainland Spain. Unfortunately, we do not ship to the following locations:
- Balearic Islands
- Cáceres
- Ceuta
- Las Palmas
- Melilla
- Ourense
- Pontevedra
- Santa Cruz de Tenerife
- Biscay
Orders placed with a shipping address in these locations will be canceled and refunded.
Processing & Shipping Times

All products (except candles, diffusers, and sprays) are shipped within 4 to 6 weeks after purchase unless they are already in our warehouse, in which case they will be shipped earlier.

Candles, diffusers, and room sprays are shipped within 3 to 5 days after purchase.

Custom scented products (such as personalized candles and diffusers) will be shipped within 2 weeks from the date we receive your order.
Shipping Costs & Delivery
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
- Estimated delivery times vary depending on the courier service and your exact location within mainland Spain.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, we recommend contacting the shipping provider.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
